Terms & Conditions
Dubai Dance Floors
If you book our services you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of hire.
All quotes remain valid for 1 Month. Our services and hire items are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in AED
A non refundable “booking deposit” is required to hold our services for your date and will be deducted from the final invoice total. Please be advised to book early, bookings are taken on a first come first served basis. All bookings must be confirmed to us in writing or purchase order.
Your final balance payment is due no later than the 2 weeks prior to your event.
Cheque payments are acceptable if transaction amount in more than AED 5000.00. Please issue the cheque on the name of main sponsor Vertical Limit General Trading LLC.
Delivery and Pickup:
Delivery and pick up rates are based on the time and location of your event. Additional charges apply for transportation.
Set Up & Tear Down: Set up and tear down service is include in our cost. Arrangement must be made in advance to bookings.
All rates quoted are based on a 12 hour rental period per item.
A refundable “damage deposit” is required for all bookings in case of loss or damage to hire items. The amount is calculated once the full list of your hire items is known and will be deducted from the final invoice total. Minimum Deposit hire will be required. This is due no later than 2 weeks before your event
Any items cancelled 1 Month prior to the event date will be charged at 25%
Any items cancelled to 2 weeks prior to the event date will be charged at 50%
Total bill is due if notice is received one week prior to the event date
Special order items are subject to a 100% cancellation charge. Cancellation for whatever reason will result in the forfeit of the “booking deposit” and any other payments already made at the time of cancellation.
Loss or Damage:
Dubai Dance Floors is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property caused by items hired. This is solely the responsibility of the company/person hiring the items.
All damaged goods remain the property of “Dubai Dance Floors" at all times.
It is your responsibility to recover any losses to hire items incurred from any third party involved.
Loss or damage to hired items is charged at full replacement value including any delivery costs incurred. No substitute items will be accepted.
Replacement cost to hire items is available on request.
If damage or loss to hire items has occurred, we will invoice you inclusive of any amount exceeding your “damage deposit” within 7 days of your event.
The balance for loss must be settled within 7 days of receipt of your invoice.
If the amount of loss is less that the “damage deposit” any remaining balance will be settled with the client.
“Damage deposit” cheque/cash will only be cashed if loss or damage occurs.
“Damage deposit” cheque/cash will be returned, after satisfactory collection by Dubai Dance Floors of all hire items where no loss or damage has been incurred.
If no damage deposit has been requested, we reserve the right to invoice you for any loss or damage during your hire period.
It is the responsibility of the the client to ensure that all necessary permissions/security pass have been obtained in order to ease access onsite
Once goods are delivered to the site and accepted any changes are subject to additional cost.
By signing the Quotation, the client agrees to the terms and conditions stated
This Quote does not include the following:
Any site preparation or leveling of the the ground
All area’s must be cleaned and ready for our team to lay the floor without any obstruction
Any permits or licenses that maybe required
Any repair work due to negligence by the client/hirer
Onsite staff for your event
